Step 1

Bring about 6 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.  Add riced cauliflower and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Step 2

Drain the cauliflower in a fine mesh strainer and place in your mixing bowl.

Step 3

Add the rest of the ingredients to the cauliflower.

Step 4

Place the dressing ingredients in a small mason jar, seal with the lid and shake to combine.

Step 5

Add to the cauliflower mixture and stir to combine. Serve warm or cold.
