Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease the bottom and sides of a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan with non-stick spray.

In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, tortilla chips, cheese, and taco seasoning just until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and taco sauce. Pour it into the beef mixture and stir just until well combined.
Step 4
Press the beef mixture into greased loaf pan. Spread taco sauce evenly on top.
Step 5
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the center of the loaf reads 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
