2 ½ cups shredded pepper Jack (about 8 oz.)½ cup plus 2 tbsp. sour cream¼ cup mayonnaise¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro, plus more for garnish1 tbsp. fresh lime juice1 tsp. ground cumin¼ tsp. cayenne, plus more for sprinklingveggies for serving (such as small carrots, radishes, mini bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes)

In medium bowl, mix cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, lime juice, cumin, and 1/4 tsp. cayenne. Season dip. Transfer to serving bowl. Top with more chopped cilantro. Sprinkle with cayenne. Serve with veggies.
