Mexican Salad With Honey Lime Dressing

Ingredients

1/2 head romaine lettuce, chopped (about 2 1/2 cups)1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained3/4 cup tomatoes, seeded and chopped3/4 cup jicama, peeled and chopped3/4 cup corn kernel (fresh uncooked preferred, but can substituted frozen or canned)3/4 cup green onion, chopped1/2 ripe avocado, peeled and diced1 red bell pepper, chopped1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (reduced fat variety, if desired)1 garlic clove, minced2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped1 teaspoon jalapeno, minced1/4 cup fresh lime juice2 tablespoons olive oil (original recipe called for 1/4 cup)2 tablespoons honey
