Step 1

Add 3 tablespoons of the Street Corn Salad to the center of each empanada dough disc.

Step 2

Fold the disc in half.

Step 3

Press out any air.

Step 4

Press the edges to seal.

Step 5

Crimp with a fork or fold over the edges to seal.

Step 6

Brush with non-stick spray or an egg wash.

Step 7

Air Fry for 20 minutes at 325F.

Step 8

Remove when golden brown.

Step 9

Let cool for 2-3 minutes.

Step 10

Serve with salsa or pico de gallo.
