Step 1
In a small bowl, stir to combine melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
Step 2
Add the flour and chocolate chips and stir until combined.
Step 3
Spoon the batter in to a coffee mug or ramekin and microwave for 50 seconds or until puffed and just the slightest bit still wet in the center. Allow to cool for a few minutes before enjoying. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired.
