Step 1

In a microwave-safe bowl combine oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, cocoa powder, collagen, and 1 cup liquid. Mix together and let sit for 2 minutes so the chia seeds and oats can absorb some liquid.

Step 2

Microwave for 1 minute, 30 seconds. Most of the remaining liquid will be absorbed.

Step 3

Remove from microwave and mix in an additional one-quarter cup liquid. Microwave for another 1 minute, 30 seconds. If all of the liquid is not absorbed, microwave for another 30 seconds.

Step 4

Carefully remove from the microwave and mix in a final one-quarter cup liquid. Microwave for another 1 minute, 30 seconds. All liquid should be absorbed. If you prefer soupy oats, you can add some additional liquid before allowing to cool and enjoying.

Step 5

Top bowl with desired toppings (fruit, nut/seed butter, yogurt, chocolate chips, nuts/seeds). ENJOY!
