Export 8 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
In a measuring cup, whisk together eggs, water, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Spray cooking spray to coat a microwave-safe plate. (I recommend using a plate with a bit of a lip around the edge!)
Step 3
Pour egg mixture onto prepared plate. Add a sprinkle of cheese if desired, or omit to keep your microwave omelette dairy free.
Step 4
Cover plate with plastic wrap, sealing around the edges. Cook omelette in microwave on high power for 2 minutes. (It WILL floof up in the microwave, but that’s okay—just let it be!)
Step 5
Carefully remove plate from microwave, remove plastic wrap, and allow to cool for about 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Add additional fillings of choice before folding over and adding desired toppings.
Step 7
Serve and enjoy with sliced avocado, cooked bacon, or any accompaniments you like!
Step 8
Yields 1 microwave omelette.
