Preheat your oven to 200°C.

Place the flour, butter, sugar, egg and cold water in the mixing bowl then knead 45 Sec. / Kneading function. Wrap dough in cling film and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Place the apple in the mixing bowl and chop 5 Sec. /Speed Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
Step 4
Grate the orange zest of the entire orange and place in the bowl with the chopped apple.
Step 5
Place the orange flesh in the mixing bowl and chop 4 Sec. / Speed 4.
Step 6
Add the mincemeat to the mixing bowl and combine 10 Sec. / Reverse / Speed Finish combining with spatula if necessary.
Step 7
Remove the chilled dough from the fridge and roll out to 3mm thickness. Using a plain pastry cutter or a large glass (10cm diameter), cut out 12 discs and place them in the muffin holes of a 12-hole cupcake tin.
Step 8
Fill each pastry shell three quarters full with mincemeat mixture, Using a fluted pastry cutter (approx. 8cm diameter), cut out the lids from the remaining pastry. Place over the mincemeat filling and gently push down. Brush each lid with milk.
Step 9
Bake for 20 minutes, then remove and leave to cool on a wire rack. Dust with icing sugar while still slightly warm. Enjoy!
