Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C(fan)/350°F/Gas Line a 30x20cm (12x10") baking tin.

Step 2

In a saucepan add 220 g Butter, 200 g Light brown sugar and 6 tbsp Golden syrup. Over a low heat melt everything together until liquid.

Step 3

Add 350 g Oats, 200 g Mincemeat, 1 tsp Cinnamon and the zest of 1 Orange. Mix well to combine.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into the lined tin and press it down to evenly spread it out. Put into the oven for 20 minutes.
