Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.In a bowl combine the almond flour, finely shredded coconut and baking soda.Add the rest of ingredients and mix to combine.Refrigerate for 30 minutes.Roll tablespoons of dough into balls.Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.Bake in preheated oven for 10 – 12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.Cool completely and serve.
