Step 1

Heat onion in oil until translucent. Stir through Mingle and cook until fragrant for 1 minute at a low heat.

Step 2

If making the meat version, add sausages to oil and cook until browned.

Step 3

Add passata and 100 ml of water. Cook for 15 mins at a medium heat.

Step 4

Stir cream through sauce and cook for another 5 mins.

Step 5

Serve with your favourite pasta + parmesan to top
