Step 1
Tenderise chicken breast using a mallet and slice in half.
Step 2
Sprinkle with 2 tbsps of Mingle’s Swicy Korean BBQ Seasoning and let sit for 10 mins.

Slice red cabbage, cucumber, and grate carrot.
Step 4
Combine cabbage and carrot in a bowl and mix with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

In another bowl, add sliced cucumber, 2 tbsp of dark soy sauce, and a sprinkle of Mingle’s Everything Bagel Seasoning. Let it sit.

Heat a small saucepan on low.
Step 7
Add 2 tbsp of dark soy, 1 tbsp of rice wine vinegar, 1 tbsp of honey, and 2 tbsp of Mingle’s Swicy Korean BBQ Seasoning.

Stir and heat until all ingredients are combined.

Dip chicken breast in egg then into crushed cornflakes to coat.
Step 10
Add to the air fryer for 7 -10 mins on 200 degrees depending on thickness.
Step 11
Let it rest for a couple of minutes.

Serve on a burger bun layered with cabbage mix, cucumber, and a generous smear of mayonnaise.
