Step 1
Cut brioche into 2cm-thick slices. Spread 1 side of each slice with butter. Cut each slice into 3cm pieces.
Step 2
Whisk the egg, milk and sugar in a large shallow dish until combined. Add brioche and berries. Set aside for 10 mins to soak.
Step 3
Preheat pie maker. Spoon 1/4 cup of the brioche mixture into each pie maker hole. Close the lid. Cook for 6 mins or until golden. Stand for 5 mins. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with the remaining brioche mixture to make 12 puddings.
Step 4
Dust puddings with icing sugar and serve with ice cream.
