Step 1

Preheat oven to 190°C/170°C fan forced.

Step 2

Lightly grease 24 x ¼-cup cake or mini muffin tin holes and press a wonton wrapper into each. Evenly divide ham, spinach and cheese between each wonton cup.

Step 3

Whisk eggs and cream in a bowl and season to taste. Pour 1-2 teaspoons of the mixture into each wonton cup, filling almost to the top.

Step 4

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until puffed and golden. Serve.
