Fantastic beef roast that is so easy to throw together with Low Carb options!

Mississippi Pot Roast

chuck

oz packet powdered ranch dip mix

oz packet powdered brown gravy mix

Cup stick of butter

pepperoncinis

Place chuck roast in slow cooker.

Sprinkle ranch dip mix on top of roast.

Sprinkle gravy mix on top of roast.

Nestle 1/2 stick of butter centered on top of roast.

Place pepperoncinis around the bottom of the roast

Cover and set slow cooker on low for 8 hours

(Optional) Flip roast over half way through cooking

It's quicker to make this recipe than it is for me to spell Mississippi! In less than two minutes you can throw it all together and in about 8 hours you'll have a pot roast that will please the whole family! 

(Please note: Mikey uses a frozen roast in this video. We do NOT recommend cooking frozen meat in the slow cooker. We know a lot of folks do, and we clearly have as well but food safety guidelines instruct that it is not a good idea.)
