Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2

Lightly coat a 9Ă—13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 3

Mix together the ham, the cream cheese, the cheddar, the Swiss, the onion powder, the green onions, the hot sauce, and 2 teaspoons of the Worcestershire sauce.

Step 4

Separate the crescent rolls into 16 triangles, then cut each triangle in half for a total of 32 crescents.

Step 5

Scoop a heaping tablespoon of the ham mixture on the wide end of each triangle.

Step 6

Roll up the crescents and place them in the prepared baking dish.

Step 7

In a small saucepan, combine the butter, the brown sugar, the Dijon mustard, the remaining Worcestershire, and the poppy seeds.

Step 8

Bring the glaze mixture to a boil.

Step 9

Pour the glaze mixture over the crescents.

Step 10

Bake the crescents until golden-brown, about 25-30 minutes.

Serve garnished with the chives.
