This warm, sweet summer treat can be enjoyed any time of year, thanks to frozen berries. Try it for breakfast or even dessert-it's that good.

Mixed Berry Crisp in a Mug

oats,

brown sugar

walnuts, chopped

all-purpose flour

cinnamon

unsalted butter

mixed berries

Greek yogurt,

Combine the oatmeal, sugar, walnuts, flour and cinnamon in a large mug. Using a fork, cut in the butter until the texture becomes crumbly.

Place the berries on top of the crumble mixture and microwave on high power for 2 minutes, until the fruit starts to bubble and slightly thicken. Stir to bring the crumble to the surface and serve with a dollop of yogurt on top.

Great recipe! Handles slight modifications very well. I used 1.5 Tbsp honey instead of sugar, old fashioned oats, and sliced almonds. 

Curried chicken with cAuliflowetr and apricots

Awesome!  I used a fresh peach and some blueberries and served it with vanilla Greek frozen yogurt!  It was so delicious!  I thought the portion was a little big though, so I wil cut it in half next time.  I will try this with different frutis throughout the seasons!

Oh, yum! I used equal parts blackberries and raspberries. Delicious! I skipped topping it with yogurt because I just wanted to  savor the warm, delectable crisp.  I highly recommend this quick recipe that requires almost zero clean up.  Next time, I'll try frozen peaches, blueberries, and a few drops almond extract.

My microwave is pretty heavy duty, so I only cooked it for about 1-1/2 minutes, and it was perfect. Used equal parts raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries, all from the freezer.

This was very good! I used about 1/3 cup fresh blueberries and the rest of the berries with frozen strawberries. I added a minute or so extra due to my smaller microwave. TY!
