Step 1
Get two large frying pans over a high heat and drizzle a little oilinto each. Place the chipolatas in one of the pans. Space out therashers of bacon in the other.
Step 2
Roughly chop the mushrooms, then chuck them into the pan withthe bacon. Nestle the cherry tomatoes between the sausages inthe pan. Fry for about 8 mins, turning the sausages and baconwhen needed, until everything is cooked through and to yourliking. Turn down the heat on the bacon pan if it is crisp beforethe sausages are done.
Step 3
Meanwhile, crack the eggs into a large measuring jug. Whisktogether with a fork and season well with salt and black pepper.Add a knob of butter. Blast in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each blast, until you have super creamyscrambled eggs. Stop cooking just before the eggs are set asthey will carry on cooking in the jug.
Step 4
Toast the bread and put it onto a plate. Serve the sausages,tomatoes, bacon, mushrooms, scrambled eggs and toast at thetable, with plenty of condiments for people to help themselves.
