Step 1
In a blender or food processor, blend half of the onion, half of the green and red bell peppers, one tomato, the red chili peppers and the garlic cloves.

Next, add the mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt and the black, white and cayenne peppers to the mixture and process until all ingredients are well blended.

Finely dice the other half of the onion, green and red bell peppers.
Step 4
In a small saucepan, add a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and bell peppers, and sauté them for approximately three minutes. Then, mix in the remaining tomato and the bay leaf, stirring constantly for five more minutes.
Step 5
Afterwards, incorporate the sauce from your food processor to the pan and stir for two minutes or until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Check that the amount of salt and peppers are to your taste.
Step 6
Finely chop the parsley, cilantro, oregano and sprinkle over the sauce. Serve immediately.
