Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
Step 2
Cut biscuits into bite sized pieces, about 5-6 pieces per biscuit.
Step 3
Roll each piece in cinnamon sugar and place in a greased muffin tin. Again, 5-6 pieces per muffin.
Step 4
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Even better if you brown the butter!
Step 5
Then add the sugars, heavy cream, and vanilla.
Step 6
Stir constantly until it becomes a caramel texture.
Step 7
Pour over each muffin and bake for 15-20 minutes.
