Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease muffin cups with butter or baking spray or line with muffin liners.
Step 2
Place granulated sugar and cinnamon in a 1-gallon Ziploc bag, seal, and shake to combine. Add the sliced biscuits and toss to coat.
Step 3
Press biscuits into the prepared muffin cups 2/3 full.
Step 4
Make the caramel: stir together brown sugar and butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat until melted, about 3 to 5 minutes. Drizzle caramel over the biscuits.
Step 5
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden. Let the muffins cool for about 5 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy.
