Step 1

Sift flour, salt and baking powder together.

Step 2

Add water to beaten egg and add to flour mixture and mix well. Set aside.

Step 3

Make sandwich using first turkey, then Swiss cheese, and then ham. Cut sandwich into quarters using toothpicks to hold sandwich together.

Step 4

Dip sandwich in egg batter and fry in 360°F oil until golden brown.

Step 5

Remove toothpicks and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Step 6

Serve with raspberry jelly.
