Make Moroccan spice rub Combine lemon pepper, paprika, turmeric and coriander in a glass or ceramic bowl.

Add fish. Toss to coat. Cover. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, if time permits.

Thread fish onto skewers. Heat a greased barbecue plate on medium heat. Cook skewers for 4 minutes each side or until cooked through. Serve with salad.
