Meanwhile, in a medium bowl with an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in cinnamon, vanilla, and heavy cream. Add confectioners’ sugar and beat until smooth. Frost cupcakes. Serve or refrigerate until ready to serve.
