Cook in mod/hot oven (around 200 degrees celsius) for about 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and put a puff pastry lid on top of the pie, paint a mixture of egg/milk on top of the lid and continue cooking until puffed and brown.
Step 8
This is a fantastic dish to serve for a ladies luncheon with a green salad topped with Di's Poppy Seed Salad Dressing.
