Step 1

Preheat the oven to 325.

Step 2

Spread out almonds, walnuts and pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet and roast for 10 mins.

Step 3

While the nuts and seeds toast, chop the dates and toss them with the cinnamon.*

Step 4

Remove the nut and seed mixture from the oven and let cool. Once the nuts and seeds have cooled, chop the almonds and walnuts.

Step 5

Mix everything together in a large bowl.

Step 6

Store in an airtight container or jar.
