Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together egg, sugar, milk and vanilla. Fold through flour and cinnamon, followed by the butter and sultanas.

Step 2

Grease 2 coffee mugs (approx 350ml each) and divide batter between cups. Top with choc chips. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on high, checking at 1 minute, until cake is just set on top.

Step 3

Serve immediately topped with cherries and ice-cream.
