Step 1
In a pan, add oil, garlic and onions. Sauté for a few minutes on medium heat until the onions are lightly cooked and the garlic is fragrant.
Step 2
Add sesame oil and mushrooms. Let cook until the mushrooms are light golden brown in colour.

Add the sriracha, vinegar, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, salt and pepper. Cook for about 2 minutes on medium heat until the mushrooms are caramelised.
Step 4
Add the uncooked maggi/ ramen noodles and water. Cook on high until the noodles are completely cooked.
Step 5
Add spring onions and mix well. Cook for additional one minute.
Step 6
Transfer to serving bowls. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and serve.
