Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Step 2

Combine dough ingredients and let rise until twice its bulk (approx 2 hrs).

Step 3

Roll out quite thin and brush with melted butter then sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, raisins, and pecans.

Step 4

Roll up and slice off in 1 inch pieces.

Step 5

Place 1/2 teaspoon of melted butter and 1 teaspoon of brown sugar in muffin tins before placing dough in, then bake for approx 15 minutes. Turn out immediately when done.
