Step 1

Heat some oil in a saucepan.

Step 2

Put in the onion and a little salt en cook on medium heat until it's soft, which takes about 10 minutes.

Step 3

Add the garlic and Ginger and stir everything for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Put in the spices and stir for about 2 minutes until you can smell them filling up the kitchen.

Step 5

Mix in the tomatoes well, making sure to scrape off any bits stuck at the bottom of the pan.

Step 6

Pour in the stock and bring it to a boil. Let it gently bubble for around 20 minutes until it gets thicker.

Step 7

Add the roast chicken and heat it until the sauce is the thickness you like.

Step 8

Take it off the heat and stir in one spoonful of yogurt. Mix it really well before adding the second spoonful.

Step 9

Warm it up gently again and then you're ready to serve.
