Export 2 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Peel and wash all potatoes, then cut into ¼” rectangle french fries, using a fry cutter or a knife.
Step 2
Rinse the potatoes, then soak in cold water with 1 tablespoon of salt for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight if in the fridge).
Step 3
Drain the water, rinse the potatoes, then pat dry with paper towel until all moisture has been absorbed (this helps them crisp not steam)
Step 4
Drizzle oil, and toss to coat.
Step 5
Air crisp at 390 F in the foodi for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket every 5-10 minutes to make sure they cook evenly.
Step 6
Sprinkle with additional salt to taste and serve immediately.
