Step 1
Put Graham Crackers (250 gram) into a bowl. Add Butter (200 gram) and mix them together. Pour the mix into a tin, and press it down with a glass. Push the crumbs up at the edges slightly. Place it into the fridge for fifteen minutes.
Step 2
Put Cream Cheese (500 gram) and Sweetened Condensed Milk (400 gram) in a mixing bowl. Beat them together. Add Lemon (1/2 cup) by small amounts, continously beating it in. Add in the Fresh Strawberry (250 gram) and beat them in as well until everything is combined.
Step 3
Transfer the cheese mixture into the tin. Even out the top. Put it back into the fridge for six hours.
