Step 1

Divide lettuce from salad kits among serving bowls. Remove and discard the skin from the salmon. Tear the salmon into chunks and add to the lettuce in the bowls.

Step 2

Top with the tomato, cucumber and red onion. Sprinkle the bacon, croutons and parmesan from the salad kits over the salad and drizzle with the dressing. Season with pepper to serve.
