In a small bowl mix together all of the ingredients. Sprinkle the seasoning mix on the ground meat and mix well. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight before cooking.

To freeze: make into patties, separate each patty with plastic wrap or freezer paper, and freeze in a freezer bag.
