Export 3 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Place both pieces of fabric down on the floor, right sides facing out. Smooth out fabric and match up edges. Cut edges straight, trimming through both layers of fabric at once so both layers are the same size.
Step 2
Cut a 2×2 inch square from each corner of the blanket. Make 2 inch cuts all the way around the edges of the blanket, 1 inch apart.
Step 3
Cut a half inch slit in the middle of each strip.
Step 4
Pick up one strip and fold it to the right. Pick up the strip next to it, and thread that strip through the hole on the first strip.
Step 5
Continue threading the next strip through the hole on the strip you're holding, creating a braided edge along the blanket.
Step 6
When you get back to where you started, finish by threading the final strip through the first hole, one layer at a time. Tuck the last strip under the first one to hide it.
Step 7
Gently stretch all along the edges until they lay flat.
