Step 1
Warm 150 grams of nut nougat cream with 50 grams of cream in a small saucepan or in the microwave very briefly. The mixture should no longer be solid but must not become too warm. Mix both with the cream cheese using a hand mixer until smooth.
Step 2
Whip the remaining cream with clean whisks until stiff. Add the nougat mix and fold in or continue to beat gently. Do not stir too much!
Step 3
Divide the cream among 4 glasses with a volume of approx. 180-200 ml. For the decoration, heat the remaining nut-nougat cream until it is liquid and spread fine stripes over it with a spoon. If desired, sprinkle with nut brittle just before serving.
