Export 6 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Place the peanut butter, coconut butter, coconut oil, sweetener, sea salt and cacao into a food processor and mix on a low speed to just combine. Thermomix 30 seconds, speed 3-4.
Step 2
Line a slice tin with non-stick baking paper. Press the ingredients into the tin with a large wet or silicone spoon. Press the peanuts into the slice and chill in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Step 3
Slice with a large, sharp knife and store in the freezer.
Step 4
Coconut butter is finely processed coconut and it can be difficult to make at home as the oilyness of dried coconut can vary so much. If you want to try to make your own, you will need to put approximately 500g in a powerful processor (Thermomix is good for this!) and blend on top speed until the natural oils are released and it becomes smooth. This could take 10 minutes or more.
