In a blender, blend together Nutella, sugar, heavy cream, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until cold, about 1 hour.
Step 2
Once the ice cream mixture is cold, freeze it in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours or overnight.
