Line a flat tray with baking paper and set aside.

Add the rolled oats, dates and almonds to the Thermomix bowl and mix on Reverse Speed 3 for 10 seconds or until completely combined (use the spatula to help).
Step 16
Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place onto the prepared tray.
Step 17
Place the tray into the fridge for 1-2 hours or until firm.
Step 18
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days (you can also freeze the balls).
