In a bowl, mix the cooked apple (I use canned apple) the raw sugar and cinnamon. place into a dish of your choice, something deep enough to hold the apple and filling, at least 25 cm across.

mix the oats, flour, cinnamon, sugar and salt in a bowl.
Step 5
add the melted butter and oil.
Step 6
mix.
Step 7
scatter the oat mix over the apple, spreading evenly.
Step 8
bake at 180 fan forced for 45 to 60 minutes, 45 will be golden, 60 will will be nice and brown.
