Step 1
In your high power blender, add rolled oats and blend on high until finely grounded.
Step 2
Add matcha powder, baking powder, salt and cane sugar into blender. Blend until well combined.
Step 3
Add milk, egg, and melted butter. Blend again until combined.
Step 4
In a hot skillet, turn heat down from high to medium. Lightly brush pan with butter. Scoop batter with 1/4 measuring cup and pour into hot pan. Alternatively, you can pour batter from blender if you’re not particular about the pancake size.
Step 5
Allow pancakes to bubble on the top before flipping. Fry on each side until golden and darker green. Serve with strawberries, dairy free yogurt and maple syrup!
