Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Step 2

Clean chicken and pat dry with a kitchen towel.

Step 3

Mix spices, with melted butter, oil and beer.

Step 4

Rub chicken with mixture inside and out.

Step 5

Wash bunch of parsley and lay into the chicken.

Step 6

Place breast side up on a rack in a roasting pan.

Step 7

Bake uncovered, brush every 20 min. with the remaining spice-butter-oil mixture until golden brown, to a minimum internal temperature of 180 F.
