Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°Fahrenheit (190°Celsius).

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until 2 minutes before al dente. Drain the pasta, rinse under cold water, and set aside.

Combine the marinara sauce, Alfredo sauce, ricotta cheese, Fontina cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using) in a large bowl. Stir until well blended.

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce mixture, tossing to coat evenly. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it in an even layer.

Mix the mozzarella cheese, panko breadcrumbs, Romano cheese, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic in a medium bowl. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the pasta.
Step 6
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes. It’s ready when the topping is golden brown and the sauce bubbles around the edges.
Step 7
Remove the dish from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and additional grated Parmesan if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
