Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180˚C. Grease and line a ring tin.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix rind, oil, eggs and sugar with a fork.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients and combine well.
Step 4
Pour into greased ring tin and bake at 180C for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Leave to cool then turn out and dust with icing sugar.
