Step 1
In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup with cheese soup and canned tomatoes. Mix well.
Step 2
In another bowl, combine chicken, garlic, pepper, onion, and spices. Mix together with a spoon or spatula until everything is evenly coated.
Step 3
In a greased or non-stick casserole dish, add a layer of the chicken mixture followed by a layer of the soup mixture.
Step 4
Next, add a layer of corn tortillas followed by a layer of shredded cheese.
Step 5
Continue this layering until your casserole dish is nearly full or until you run out of ingredients.
Step 6
In an oven preheated to 350 degrees F, bake for 20 minutes.
Step 7
When done, take out of the oven and spread a layer of crushed corn chips on top followed by a final layer of shredded cheese.
Step 8
Bake for 10 more minutes. Allow to cool slightly and serve.
