Export 13 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large sheet pan with foil or parchment paper.
Step 3
Chop potatoes into fairly small pieces so they'll be tender; trim end off of the green beans, then cut into halves; chop broccoli; chop peppers into thick squares; coin the sausage in thick slices.
Step 5
Place all veggies and sausage on the prepared sheet pan; pour on the olive oil and all of the spices over the top; toss to evenly coat all ingredients.
Step 7
Bake 15 minutes; remove from the oven; flip/stir all everything around. Return pan to the oven; bake for 10-15 minutes or until veggies are crisp tender and sausage is browned.
Step 9
If desired, sprinkle on freshly grated Parmesan cheese over everything as soon as it comes out of the oven.
Step 11
Serve with rice or quinoa and fresh parsley, if desired.

Makes 4 servings if served with rice or quinoa.
