Step 1

Over medium heat, in a large pot, sauté the chicken in the olive oil from both sides

Step 2

Add the peppers, onions, garlic and carrots and sauté until fragrant (for about 5 min)

Step 3

Add the rice, passata, water, oregano and pepper and stir well

Step 4

Cook until the rice is ready stirring occasionally and checking if the food needs extra water
