Step 1
Dice and place in separate bowls, onions, garlic and dill.
Step 2
Preheat a large frying pan with olive oil on medium to high heat.
Step 3
Add shrimp and fry for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, until the outside is pink, tails are red and the flesh is slightly opaque and white in color. Remove from the pan, set aside.
Step 4
In the same pan, add 1 tbsp of butter and gnocchi.
Step 5
Continue stirring and cook until gnocchi are golden brown.
Step 6
Add 1 tbsp butter, onion and garlic to the pan. Sauté’ until onions are translucent.
Step 7
Add wine, lower heat and cook until wine almost evaporates. Then add cream cheese, dill, chicken broth, salt and pepper, mix well and allow to cook for a few minutes.
Step 8
Add shrimp and continue cooking until sauce is slightly thickened.
Step 9
Ready to serve.
