Step 1

Drain tuna then toss in a large bowl made for mixing.

Step 2

Dice 1/2 of an onion and chop up mint leaves.

Step 3

Toss in with drained tuna, then add cheese, salt, garlic powder, pepper then combine.

Step 4

Mix egg in bowl on the side if you like or crack them right over the mix. Then incorporate the eggs.

Step 5

Cook on medium high heat in a sauté pan with a little olive oil to help reduce sticking. Flip when one side has browned.

Step 6

Cook the other side then remove from heat. You can eat them as soon as they are removed or wait for them to cool a little.
